Welcome to the IT Office!
Campus Technology is encouraging staff/faculty/students to make an appointment using their Microsoft Bookings page in order to maintain social distancing. This system allows only one person in the office at a time. You will be able to book an appointment to get help setting up your grade book, or for general IT help such as installing a program or troubleshooting a hardware problem.
You will be able to choose to either meet remotely by Microsoft Teams or to meet in person if necessary. The IT Microsoft Bookings site will allow you to choose the time and date that is most convenient for you. For general IT assistance, as always please submit a ticket by emailing support@montreat.edu or logging into the Helpdesk system here before making an appointment on the site.

- printers, scanners, copiers, and networking equipment
- procurement of equipment and software

What do you need for college? We recommend a laptop for college students, but beyond that, the specifications or type are your choice. We do provide a full license of Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and Lync for all students, including online, adult education, and part-time students. To obtain this software, contact support@montreat.edu.
Full-time faculty and staff receive a college-owned laptop with Microsoft software installed. We do not provide licenses for software for your own computers or mobile devices, however. Part-time faculty will need to bring their own device.
